Submission to article directories is usually free, but usually you will need to register before you can submit an article.

Locating suitable content directories

To find a list of article directories appropriate to your website content, search on Google for terms like submit article, or keyword submit article (where 'keyword' is your keyword obviously, eg. consumer electronics submit article)

	Do... make your content INTERESTING - boring content will not get used make this a regular activity. Try to submit a new article every week / other week.
	Don't... expect miracles over night, it takes time forget include contact details at the end of the article (name, email, tel, URL, etc)
